Thursday Evening Classes

Each evening class can be attended individually without the need to have attended any previous class.

Location: The Old School Room by St Nicholas Church, Church Lane, Pyrford, Surrey. 
The Old School Room is a stand alone building adjacent to St Nicholas Church. The postcode will take you elsewhere please don’t rely on it.

Time: 8pm until 9pm

Price: £5.00 – Payment on arrival.

Each class starts a guided body relaxation, a guided simple breathing meditation and a second guided meditation on a particular topic as listed below.

The drop in classes are a great way to learn to meditate or get back on track.

Meditating in a group is easier than at home and there is also the chance to ask any questions about your practice.

Many attendees give feedback that they feel very calm and relaxed after the classes and that their sleeping improves significantly.
